RETURN POLICY
- MyLEDLight.Com requires all returns to be assigned a return merchandise authorization number (RMA).
- To obtain a RMA number, send us an email to returns@myledlight.com. Be sure to include your name, phone number, order number and description of product and reason for return.
- The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of your original shipping package.
- Do not write RMA number on the merchandise box.
- RMA numbers are to be written on outside of shipping box only.
- RMA requests will not be approved after 30 days of receiving your order.
- All returned product must be received by our return processing center within 15 days of issuance of RMA number.
- Items received after 15 days of issuance of RMA number will be refused.
- The customer is responsible for shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments.
- The product must include all original contents and must be in the same condition as when the product was shipped.
- There is a non negotiable 25% restocking fee for non defective returned merchandise.
- Shipping and Handling charges are non refundable.
